Notice on who performs the work, and on licensing in Texas
Celina Water Damage Restoration answers calls and online requests for water damage service and dispatches each one. It does not extract water, dry structures or carry out repairs. An independent, licensed local company, a partner of Celina Water Damage Restoration and normally the nearest crew free at that hour, performs the work, and that company alone answers for its assessment, pricing, equipment and workmanship.
Texas has no general contractor licence and, as far as we know, no state licence for water extraction, structural drying or moisture monitoring. Plumbers are licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and mold assessors and mold remediators are licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Technicians may also hold IICRC certifications, which come from a non-government industry body. Celina Water Damage Restoration and this website hold none of these licences and make no claim to, and mold work is not advertised here as Celina Water Damage Restoration's own.
A customer may ask for the partner's licence number and its technicians' IICRC details by telephoning (833) 490-5225 at any hour or when the partner calls before the visit. These details are not published here, to protect the partner's business information. Customers should confirm any licence number with the issuing agency before work begins, and should check the Texas Department of Insurance for questions about an insurer.

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Texas issues no single statewide licence for general contracting or for water extraction and drying. Specific trades are licensed: plumbing by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and mold assessment and remediation, along with air conditioning work, by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Under TDLR's mold rules one licence holder may not both assess and remediate the same project, so testing and removal are separate jobs. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
